Social Media
My experience in social media spans strategy, storytelling, and content creation. I’ve managed institutional social media accounts, developed series, captured photography and video, written engaging copy, and maintained content calendars to support marketing goals. The projects below showcase my work across educational organizations, with an emphasis on creating content that connects people to a community.
Wayland Academy
As Wayland Academy’s social media manager, I oversee the planning and execution of the school’s social media presence. I develop and manage the content calendar, capture the majority of campus photography, create graphics and posts, write captions, and publish content across platforms. While social media is a collaborative effort—with support from the Director of Marketing and Communications and professionally produced videos from our Video Media Specialist—this portfolio highlights the work I’ve led in sharing Wayland’s story and engaging prospective students, families, alumni, and the broader school community.

Winona State University
While completing my undergraduate degree at Winona State University, I served as the university’s Lead Content Creator. In this role, I helped plan and execute content across the university’s social media channels, with a focus on strategy, analytics, caption writing, scheduling, and community management. Collaborating with photographers, videographers, and fellow communicators, I helped shape content that informed, engaged, and connected with WSU’s community.
